Is your old Dental work looking worn down and unattractive? Is it discolored, dull looking, chipped or ill-fitting? Often older ceramic crowns have metal margins which, over time, become exposed creating a darkened or black area around the gums, resulting in a less attractive smile.
Dr. Willoughby and his staff are constantly taking continuing education courses with leaders in cosmetic, implant, and neuromuscular dentistry, in order to stay abreast of the latest clinical developments. Our office is proud to offer the latest trends and technological innovations in dentistry. We do this so that we can provide our clients with the best dentistry available. Old leaky amalgam fillings, metal crowns, and worn yellowing porcelain bridges can be quickly and easily replaced with a whole range of newer, metal free materials that not only look better but feel better.

More Before After
Dr. Willoughby recommends stronger, mercury–free dental restorations to replace your older broken down amalgam fillings that exhibit signs of cracking, wearing, leaking or deterioration. Depending on the size of your existing fillings, they can be restored with a variety of materials including, white composite fillings, porcelain inlays / onlays, all porcelain crowns or veneers. Every tooth is different, but we recommend the use of resin bonded materials because of their increased durability, function and aesthetics.
You can always count on personalized care and service from our office. Dr. Willoughby will thoroughly examine all of your teeth and surrounding tissue and in most cases we will take digital photographs of your teeth and fillings which will allow us to show you precisely where and why the dental treatment we prescribe is required. “Don’t just Tell me …. Show Me” is a statement that Dr. Willoughby and his staff constantly employ.
